In my opinion, conservative activist Charlie Kirk, is dead because of the violent rhetoric of the Democrats. In the aftermath of his assassination, I firmly believe this is the case based on their lack of empathy and the celebratory videos on social media from liberal supporters. Yet, the Left always points the finger at conservatives and suggest we are the ones inciting violence.

How It Started

It can be argued that House Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA) incited the violence back in 2017. When someone of influence is encouraging supporters to “push back” and tell them, “they are not welcome” it tends to send the message that as long as we endorse violence, it’s acceptable. Many people took that to heart.

At best, there may have been moments where someone who held conservative values was denied service because of what they were wearing or just simply because of who they were. The latter has had a tendency to have events taken out of context because some people want cheap heat for clicks. Still it has not stopped those from protesting at various events that have been hosting or sponsoring a conservative platform.

Charlie Kirk was one that wanted to have a discussion about our differences. Go watch his videos; he’s always been respectful of everyone. Granted, he might have fired off that occasional zinger at someone who disagreed with him but it was in a way that made the person arguing reflect on their stance. Essentially, he asked where is your proof? Where is the evidence to support your claim? Oftentimes, his words were taken out of context by liberal pundits and media outlets to spin his character as something vile.

Those who have held similar events had been met with scrutiny and pushback on college campuses with some disrupting proceedings to the point the event had to be ended prematurely or outright canceled. That was the best case scenario.

This actually happened. Similar events across the country occurred because the Left had brainwashed these protesters into thinking their actions were justified. Two janitors were illegally detained by protesters at Columbia University because of this nonsense.

Yet, there was no condemnation from Democrats…at least on a level that would suggest deterring future similar activities.

How It’s Going

Let’s not forget that Donald Trump was shot at in Butler, PA last year. Between him and the assassination of Charlie Kirk, it’s fair to assume the violent messaging of the Left is being voiced loud and clear.

Currently, the state of Virginia is in an election year for its state offices. With the usual ho-hum of political ads and attacks on each other based on policies, the race for all offices should have been business as usual. Then, there were texts revealed from Attorney General candidate Jay Jones who “fantasized about killing a political rival.” This is considered a Class 6 felony and if we’re being honest, President Trump was tried and convicted for far less.

This should be a political death knell to any candidate. An affair carried out between an aspiring presidential candidate as his wife battled cancer served as a reason to drop from a race. Such is not the case in 2025 where political violence is somehow being normalized and celebrated.

Jones is not backing out of the race and has received the endorsements of state Democrats and its organizations. It could be argued they are indeed supporting violent rhetoric.

Jay Jones saw his problems grow with the revelation that he suggested that if ‘a few’ police officers were killed, they would act differently. What kind of individual says something like that? Naturally, this did not sit well with the Virginia Fraternal Order of Police.

It does not help that the Democratic candidate for governor has been saying things on the campaign trail like, “let your rage fuel you.” What the actual fuck?

So, in the span of 16 years, an extramarital affair was enough reason to step down from a political campaign. Yet, here in 2025 comments of rage, along with texts about killing a political rival and his children are fine because the Left is so mad at the current administration. Where does one draw the line? Where is the accountability?

Sure, Jay Jones apologized but the fact remains he sent those texts. Those were his thoughts. Those messages have painted a picture of his character forever. No reasonable person would suggest killing another individual over political differences. State Democrats are hoping to sweep things under the rug and dig in their heels in their support of their flawed candidate. They would rather go “all-in” with someone who wishes death on a rival as opposed to having him drop out altogether.

Having the state of Virginia under Democrat rule for four years is unacceptable because based on what they have said, it’s reasonable to think that Virginians will not be safe. They will continue to condone political violence. They will not let you have a differing opinion about anything regarding abortions, protection of women/girls sports or immigration without some kind of pushback. It’s safe to surmise that will extend to violent attacks as well.

Words matter and at the end of the day, they can define one’s true nature. Someone with aspirations as the next Attorney General in Virginia shouldn’t be in office after it’s been revealed he has contempt for someone to the point he is making comments about killing a political opponent.

Whatever you do this November, vote against Democrats.
